This month we focus on the Body Bliss treatment, our most blissful, holistic experience created by our own team.
The 90-minute head to toe ritual is suitable for all skin types with benefits including deep relaxation, reduction of headaches, better sleep as well as improvements to the texture and hydration of the skin and hair.

The experience begins with an opening meditation for relaxation and an ayurvedic, Indian head massage to ease tension and boost well-being. This is followed by a chakra-balancing back massage using hot poultices, thought to provide many well-being benefits. The experience is completed with a therapeutic foot ritual focusing on pressure points.

This spa treatment is ideal for those who are seeking deeper relaxation and a reduction in tension and headaches. It conditions dry areas of skin leaving it hydrated and smooth with the use of Comfort Zone’s Body Strategist oil. This oil consists of sweet almond oil which contains nutrients beneficial to the skin, sunflower oil providing moisture, crambe abyssinica seed oil giving nourishment to the skin, and centella asiatica with anti-aging properties.

The treatment incorporates Comfort Zone’s signature fragrance, the Tranquillity Blend containing essential oils, cedarwood, sweet orange, rose and sandalwood which help relieve stress and improve sleep.

After the treatment, the therapist will serve a hot cup of therapy tea from Camilla's Tea House, guests will then be able to rest or doze for a few moments feeling a sense of contentment.

The therapist will then take guests to the calm of the Spa Boutique to show the products used during the treatment with the opportunity to  purchase to continue skin care at home. When two or more products are purchased  from the Comfort Zone range, receive a complimentary Comfort Zone Beauty Ampoule box set.

Book your treatment or find out more about treatment experiences and the Spa Boutique at Rockliffe Hall.
